30-night trial. Use it for up to 30 nights. If your mornings aren't better, email us with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Full refund once it's back with us. We don't quibble about the box, and you won't be asked to argue.
12-month warranty. If the device develops a fault within 12 months of delivery, email us with your order number and a short description (a photo or video helps). We replace it. Faults caused by drops, liquids or modification aren't covered; everything else is.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by any of the above.
