Orders

An order is accepted when we send the dispatch email. Prices include VAT. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if the item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.

Delivery

See our Delivery page. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns and warranty

See our 30 nights & warranty page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Use

The Sunrise Alarm is a wake-up light and alarm clock. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.

Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
